Description

Feel Good Snail Mail Club is a monthly postal drop designed to bring back the joy of receiving mail.

Each month features a surprise, feel good themed set created to bring lightness, positivity, and a small moment of happiness into your day. Themes are kept secret until arrival and may include simple inspirations like flowers, food, objects, or uplifting words. The themes may occasionally be revealed for marketing purposes on social platforms.

Occasionally, characters from the House of Sprites may make an appearance, without a fixed sequence or any guaranteed appearances.

What you’ll receive

  • One themed Art print x postcard (up to 5 × 7 in)
  • One coordinating vinyl sticker (up to 3 in)
  • Decorative wrapping paper for zines
  • NEW: Small letter from me to you -- Topic can include art, brain-stash inspo, and small studio updates.

Shipping & Cycle

  • Monthly cycle: 1st – last day of each month
  • Cutoff date: Last day of the month (11:59 PM)
  • Shipping date: Orders ship on the 10th of the following month
  • Shipping cost: Free domestic shipping. Flat rate international shipping with the next available package postage available for upgrade.

Notes

This space moves differently from the Messy Mail Club.

Where Messy Mail is released in standalone volumes and expansive, often centered around the House of Stars, collectible pieces, more updates regarding lulablues universe and studio, this subscription is intentionally minimal and ongoing. It follows a steady monthly rhythm rather than a one time release.

This is a semi-collectible based experience, an ongoing series. Characters from the Lulablues universe (House of Sprites) may appear across releases, with no set sequence or guarantees.

All participants receive the same core contents, curated intentionally each month. Please read all details below before ordering.

ORDER & PRODUCTION TIMELINE

All items are produced in house and prepared in small batches for each monthly cycle.

To maintain consistency, each cycle follows a fixed schedule based on U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT).

CUTOFF DATE FOR EACH CYCLE

  • Cycle period 1st – last day of each month
  • Preorders close at the last date of each month at 11:59 PM U.S. Pacific Time.

PRODUCTION AND FULFILLMENT

  • Production begins immediately after each cutoff to ensure accurate quantities and consistency.
  • This is a scheduled monthly subscription and does not ship immediately after purchase.
  • All shipments are prepared for the next dispatch date following the cutoff.

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Mail is shipped on the 10th of each month.
  • If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, orders will be shipped on the nearest business day, either the Friday before or the following Monday.
  • All shipments are dispatched the month following the cutoff period.


HOW IT WORKS

Your first shipment depends on when you join:

  • If you join on or before the monthly cutoff, you will receive that month’s edition.
  • If you join after the cutoff, you will be enrolled in the next cycle.

Timeline Explanation

Join on or before April 30, 11:59 PM (U.S. Pacific Time)

  • You will receive the April edition
  • Ships on May 10

Join on or after May 1 (U.S. Pacific Time)

  • You will receive the May edition
  • Ships on June 10

Additional notes

  • All items are produced and packed in-house without third-party production
  • Address changes must be made before the monthly cutoff, as orders enter production immediately after
  • This schedule allows time for printing, preparation, and assembly before dispatch

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

This is a subscription based product. By purchasing, you agree to automatic recurring billing based on your selected plan. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage, skip, or cancel the subscription before the renewal date through their account portal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. All changes must be completed before the billing date. Changes made after renewal will apply to the next cycle.

Once a renewal has been processed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, regardless of shipment status.

Skip requests cannot be applied retroactively after a billing cycle has been processed.

All contents are carefully curated, checked, and thoughtfully assembled. The mystery is part of the experience. Requests for specific items, themes, modifications, or replacements cannot be accommodated.

SHIPPING & ADDRESS POLICY

Domestic (U.S.)

  • Domestic shipping is included in the subscription price and fulfilled using standard postage (flat mail).

  • Address Format: Please provide all required address details.

  • This method is untracked, as USPS does not provide tracking for standard letter mail. Delivery typically takes up to 8 business days, though timing may vary depending on location and postal handling.

A tracked shipping upgrade may be available at checkout for customers who prefer additional security and tracking.

  • International shipping is not included and is charged separately at checkout.

Address Format Policy: Please enter your shipping address as completely and accurately as possible, following the format recognized by your local postal service. Shopify may adjust checkout fields based on your selected country, but customers are responsible for providing all required delivery details, including apartment, unit, building, neighborhood, province, postal code, and country when applicable.

  • Orders are shipped via standard postal mail using regular postage stamps, which is untracked. This option is offered to keep shipping costs accessible, though delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services.

Tracked shipping is not included by default.

Due to mailing format and postage limitations, orders containing multiple items or subscriptions may be packaged and sent separately. Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the postal service, and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered mail.

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, complete, and deliverable by your local post office before completing checkout.
  • We are not responsible for lost or returned mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement.

If mail is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.


FAQ

Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address or my address changes?

  • You can update your address through your subscription account, or contact us at support@lulabluesbyangel.com or via the website contact form.
  • All changes must be completed before the billing date. Changes made after billing will apply to the next cycle. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.

Q: When will I be billed?

  • You will be billed automatically based on your signup date. Your subscription renews on the same day each cycle unless canceled.

Q: What happens if I update or add a new payment method?

  • If you add a new payment method to your account, your subscription will automatically update to use your most recent valid payment method. This helps prevent failed payments and ensures your snail mail continues without interruption.

Q: Can I skip or cancel my subscription?

  • Yes. You may manage your subscription through your account at any time.

For monthly plans:
You may skip or cancel anytime before your next billing date. Skipping will pause one billing cycle only and does not cancel the subscription. Canceling will stop all future renewals.

For annual plans (prepaid):
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full term. Because the subscription is prepaid, it cannot be skipped, canceled, or refunded once the order has been processed. The subscription will remain active for the full term and will automatically renew at the end of the cycle unless canceled in advance.

All changes must be made before the billing date. Once a renewal has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Q: Can I track my snail mail?

  • Standard shipping is untracked. A tracked shipping upgrade may be available at checkout.

Q: What if I don’t receive my mail?

  • Domestic delivery typically takes up to 10 days after shipment. International delivery may take up to 4 weeks or longer. As this service uses untracked mail, delivery times may vary and in rare cases mail may be delayed or lost. If this happens, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Q: Will I know the theme before it ships?

  • No. Each month is a mystery. Themes are revealed upon arrival, with occasional previews shared after shipment for marketing purposes.

Q: What if I don’t like a month’s design?

  • All sales are final. This is a curated mystery experience, where each month is designed to be a surprise. Themes are created to feel uplifting and broadly enjoyable, but personal preference does not qualify for refunds or replacements. If a piece is not for you, it can always be gifted or shared.

Q: Can I gift this subscription?

  • Yes. You may purchase a subscription for someone else by entering their shipping details at checkout.
  • Multiple subscriptions can be purchased, allowing you to send to different recipients and addresses. Each subscription is treated separately and will be billed and fulfilled individually, resulting in separate recurring charges and shipments.

Please ensure each shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as each subscription is processed independently.

Q: Will this include Lulablues original characters?
