At Lulablues, each piece is designed with intention, craftsmanship, and longevity in mind. To support the continued life of your item, we offer a repair and aftercare service dedicated exclusively to our handbag line.

This service is not automatic and is assessed individually. All repair requests are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to decline any request based on condition, feasibility, or material availability.

 

Request Process

All repair inquiries must be submitted through our form below. Requests submitted through other channels may not be processed.

Once received, your item will undergo an initial review to understand the nature of the damage and determine possible restoration methods. Based on this assessment, an estimated quotation will be provided before any physical work begins.

A final confirmed price will only be issued after in hand inspection, as repair requirements may vary once the piece is examined closely. No repair work will proceed without explicit customer approval.


Shipping & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Lulablues for assessment and repair.

If a repair quote is not approved, the item will be returned in its original condition. Return shipping is covered for domestic orders only. International return shipping will be quoted separately based on destination and provided prior to dispatch.

Customers may also choose to provide a return shipping label. If no label is provided, return shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced prior to return.

 

Repair Scope

Repair work may include partial restoration, structural reinforcement, or full section replacement depending on the condition of the item.

Because each piece is made using individually curated and hand assembled materials, restoration is carried out with careful consideration to maintain the original design integrity. Repairs are strictly limited to the item’s original design, colorway, and theme. Requests for redesigns, color changes, or reinterpretations are not available under this service.

In cases where original materials are no longer available, closely matched alternatives will be used. While slight variations in texture may occur due to sourcing limitations, the original color direction and overall design identity will be preserved as closely as possible.


Timeline

Repair timelines are estimated at 2 - 4 months. However, this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the repair, condition of the item, and sourcing of materials.

As many components are individually sourced and hand prepared, certain restorations may require additional time. We prioritize quality and accuracy over speed in all repair work.


Limitations

While every effort is made to restore each piece to its highest standard, not all damage may be fully repairable.

Natural wear, structural degradation, or material limitations may affect the outcome of repairs. Each case is evaluated individually to determine the most appropriate restoration or replacement approach.

Repair and aftercare services are currently available only for Lulablues handbag products. This service is subject to change, limitation, or discontinuation at any time as the brand evolves.
