1. Celebrating handmade, one of a kind creations

At Lulablues, each piece is meticulously handcrafted, reflecting our dedication to quality, artistry, and timeless design. We continually refine our techniques to ensure every creation meets the highest standards. Each item is unique, one of a kind, and made with care using our original patterns and designs.

 

2. Handmade Crochet

Made to Order Customization

All made to order items, including ready stock and sale items, are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available.

Every made to order listing provides clear instructions, available options, and customization choices. The design itself is fixed, and changes to the structure or pattern are not accepted. Customization is limited to color themes or selectable options only. Minimal adjustments may be applied at Lulablues’ discretion to preserve the integrity and uniqueness of each one of a kind creation specially made for you. Customers are expected to select options in accordance with the listing details.

Orders requesting custom color themes outside the options provided must be arranged in advance through our contact form or Instagram, unless otherwise specified in the listing. The contact form is the preferred and fastest channel. Orders placed without prior consultation will be fulfilled according to the selected options, regardless of any notes added at checkout. Should any discrepancies arise, a follow up email will be sent for clarification.

Creative freedom technique/style is exclusively offered through listings designated with “Mystery” in the title. Lulablues does not accommodate free design requests. All creations are original intellectual property and cannot be reproduced from customer submitted designs. Consultation requests for custom free designs may not receive a response.

 

3. Processing and Shipping

Processing times are shown at the top of each category page and in the pop-up notice when browsing the collection. All processing times are estimates in business days only, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary by one to two weeks less or more. Shipping begins once the item is completed and carefully packaged.

Domestic shipping typically takes one to seven days after the label is purchased, with tracking information provided via email. International shipping generally requires two to three weeks, with all taxes and duties the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Merchandise

Made to Order / Drop Production

All merchandise items are made to order through a small scale drop in-house production system. Due to the nature of this process, all items, including sale items, are final sale. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available.

Each listing includes all relevant product details, sizing information, and available options. Customers are responsible for reviewing all information carefully before placing an order. Variations such as color tones, print placement, or slight sizing differences may occur due to production methods and screen display differences. These are not considered defects.

All designs are original intellectual property of Lulablues and are not subject to modification, reproduction, or customization beyond the options provided within the listing. Requests for alterations, custom designs, or changes outside of the listed options are not accepted.

5. (1) Processing

All merchandise items are made to order and require up to 10 business days for production prior to shipment. Processing times are estimates in business days only, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary slightly depending on production volume.

Shipping begins once the item has been completed and packaged.

Domestic (U.S.)

Tracked Package 
Domestic tracked package shipping typically takes 1–7 days after dispatch, with tracking details provided via email.

Standard Flat Mail (Untracked)
Sticker, mail club, and flat paper goods may be shipped as standard flat mail to maintain a flat, protected presentation. This method does not include tracking and is not guaranteed against delay or loss.

A tracked package upgrade is available at checkout for a more secure delivery experience.

International

International shipping generally requires 2–4 weeks. Any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Flat Mail (Untracked)
Sticker, mail club, and flat paper goods are shipped via standard flat mail to maintain accessible shipping costs. This method does not include tracking and is not guaranteed against delay or loss.

Tracked Package (Limited Availability)
Tracked package shipping is only available for orders exceeding 6 oz (0.375 lb), where shipment is required due to weight or multiple items.

By placing an international order, the customer accepts the risks associated with untracked delivery when standard flat mail is selected.

6. (1) Returns & Replacements

All sales are final. Due to the made to order nature of each piece, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are not offered.

Orders shipped via standard mail (No tracking) do not include tracking and are not guaranteed once dispatched. By selecting this method, the customer accepts full responsibility for the shipment after it has been mailed.

Replacements are not provided for lost or delayed standard mail. Any exception, if granted, will be shipped via tracked package service at the customer’s expense.

Orders with tracked shipping will be reviewed based on the carrier’s tracking information.

6. (2) Shipping Q&A

Will my order include tracking?
Tracking is only included when a tracked shipping option is selected at checkout. Standard letter mail does not include tracking.

Where will my items be delivered?
Physical items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all details are correct.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
For standard mail (untracked), delays may occur and delivery is not guaranteed. Please allow sufficient time before reaching out. Replacements are considered on a case by case basis.

Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes. A tracked shipping option is available at checkout for added security.

 

7. (1) Packaging

Domestic orders are prepared using plastic free packaging whenever possible, with a focus on paper based materials. For international shipments, reinforced packaging such as plastic tape may be used to ensure the package arrives safely due to extended transit conditions.

 

7. (2) Pet Environment Notice

Lulablues handmade pieces are crafted in a non pet-free environment where cat is present. While every effort is made to ensure products are clean and carefully handled during-before shipping, this environment may not be appropriate for those with pet sensitivities. Digital Patterns

Due to the nature of digital file transfers, all pattern purchases are final sale. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available. Patterns are delivered as PDF files, non-printable, and for personal use only. Download links are provided on the thank-you page after purchase and within the customer’s account under "Orders", Copies are sent to the email address provided at checkout along with detailed instructions.
