Processing:

All items are made to order, produced in-house in small batch drops. Please allow up to 10 business days for production prior to shipment.

As a small team of two, we carefully handle every step in-house, from printing to finishing and packaging, to ensure each order meets our quality standards.

Packaging:

Every order is thoughtfully packaged with care to help keep your items safe during transit. We use paper based materials whenever possible, including glassine bags, which are smooth, translucent paper bags used to protect prints, stickers, and stationery from handling.

Packaging may vary depending on the order size and shipping method. Small tracked packages may be shipped in a compostable bubble mailer, while untracked letter mail may be packed with a glassine bag and paper envelope. Boxed orders may include a glassine bag, recyclable box, and outer mailer bag for added reinforcement.

We do our best to use recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable materials whenever possible. Packaging is designed to protect your order during normal shipping conditions

For individual sticker orders, we offer an untracked mail option to keep shipping costs efficient. All other orders are carefully packaged in a rigid mailer or a recyclable box to ensure safe delivery.

• Standard Flat Mail (Untracked)
  If applicable, this method does not include tracking and is not guaranteed against delay or loss. It is offered as a lower cost option, and by selecting it, the customer accepts the risks associated with untracked delivery.

• Tracked Shipping
  Tracked shipping is available at checkout for a more secure delivery experience. Orders are shipped via UPS for domestic and DHL for international package service and include tracking updates and delivery confirmation.

International address format

Please enter your shipping address as completely and accurately as possible, following the format recognized by your local postal service. Shopify may adjust checkout fields based on your selected country, but customers are responsible for providing all required delivery details, including apartment, unit, building, neighborhood, province, postal code, and country when applicable.

Please note that any additional fees required by the destination country beyond standard duties and taxes (such as handling fees or regulatory charges) remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Due to varying international regulations and tariff limitations, we are currently unable to ship to all countries. This allows us to maintain reliable flat rate pricing and service quality.
