• Shipping is via USPS First-Class Mail Service (flat envelope, untracked) delivery may take up to 8 days for domestic and up to 20 days for international depending on location.

• Each envelope is a curated experience, including self curated art print, letter, sticker, and small random surprise, all thoughtfully combined.

• All participants receive the same core contents

• This product embraces messy inspiration, imperfect lines, and raw creative process, it is not intended as a perfectly polished product.

• All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, due to the preorder and curated nature.

Inside each envelope:

• 1 Art Print - In-house illustrated design OR camera roll favorites, a photo print of one of Lulablues’ handmade creations. Doubles as a postcard and is perfect to frame, journal, or send as a postcard.
  
• 1 Die Cut Sticker - In-house illustrated design to fit the theme.
  
• 1 Handwritten or Printed Letter - Thoughtful words, inspirations from me to you.
  
• 1 Random Surprise Item - adding an extra touch of delight (one per envelope, always flat (paper swatch, print, or similar) and designed to fit the theme or topic of the mail.

• Preorder closes: Domestic March 5 (Last minute call), International March 5.
  
• Production period: 2–3 weeks after preorder closes
  
• Ship-out date: March 23
  

This is a one off preorder, not a monthly subscription. There is no set schedule for future releases.

ORDER & REFUND POLICY:

• No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.
• Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
• Refunds will not be issued due to personal preference, unmet expectations, or dissatisfaction with the contents. Disliking the contents does not qualify as a defective product.

• All contents are carefully curated, checked and thoughtfully assembled, the mystery is part of the experience.

• Requests for specific items, themes, modifications or replacements cannot be accommodated.

If your mail arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Replacements, if available, are offered at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING POLICY:

• Shipped via USPS First Class Mail Service (flat envelope).
  
• No tracking is included - USPS does not provide tracking for this service, so please allow up to 8 days for delivery.
  
• Once your mail is dropped off with USPS, responsibility transfers to the postal service.
• We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen mail once shipped.
  
• Delivery times may vary by location and USPS handling.

ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY:

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  
• We are not responsible for lost or returned mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for replacement.
  

If mail is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

For mail club orders shipped internationally (currently open to selective regions):

• Shipments are sent via First‑Class International Letter (snail mail), which does not include tracking.
• Shipping is calculated per item. If you purchase more than one, it must be placed in a separate transaction.

• Delivery can take up to 20 days depending on your local postal service.
• Please ensure your address is complete and accurate, including postal/ZIP codes and any apartment/unit numbers, to prevent delivery issues.
• We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered mail due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other government-imposed fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Little Dreamers Messy Mail Club is intentionally slow, personal, and imperfect.

Each envelope is designed to celebrate the joy of receiving something tangible, thoughtfully curated, and unexpected.

This is not about perfect, polished products, it’s about connection, inspiration, and enjoying the process of snail mail without pressure or burnout.

Future volumes may be offered depending on interest and capacity, but there is no guarantee of regular releases. Each edition is created at a slow, sustainable pace, focused on community, creativity, and shared moments rather than mass production.

• Will this include a Lulablues pattern?
  

No, Little Dreamers Messy Mail Club does not include Lulablues pattern releases. Patterns are published separately and are not distributed through this Mail Club.

Messy Mail is intentionally created as a different space, one that focuses on the story behind the work rather than the technical pattern itself. It centers on letters about our inspirations, current studio updates, reflections from our creative journey, and thoughtfully curated paper goods such as prints, postcards, stickers.

This experience is about slowing down, sharing perspective, and inviting you into the atmosphere of our creative world, not structured releases or digital downloads.

• Is this a subscription? How often will Messy Mail be released?

No, Little Dreamers Messy Mail Club is not a subscription. Volume 1 is offered as a one off preorder.

Future volumes may be released depending on the natural rhythm of our creative process. Rather than operating on a fixed monthly schedule, Messy Mail is designed to be released intentionally when inspiration feels right, allowing it to remain thoughtful and unhurried.

• Is this replacing Patreon? Will previous Patreon benefits carry over?

Patreon has officially concluded, and Messy Mail is not a continuation of that membership model.

This is a standalone physical experience, not a recurring platform with ongoing digital benefits. Previous Patreon perks, downloads, or structures do not carry over into Messy Mail.

• Can past volumes be purchased later?

Because Messy Mail is not a subscription, each volume is released more like a limited drop rather than a permanent shop listing.

If available, past volumes may return in limited quantities at a later time, but availability is not guaranteed. Each edition is intended to feel timely and collectible.

• Can Messy Mail be gifted?

Yes! Because the Mail Club contains physical, tangible goods, it makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who appreciates art, slow creativity, and meaningful paper keepsakes.

• Will international shipping be available in future volumes?

Volume 1 of Little Dreamers Messy Mail Club ships domestically within the USA only. International shipping isn’t available for this release due to cost and logistics.

In future volumes, we may explore options for international editions as the club grows, but availability will depend on demand and practicality.
