How long does digital processing take?
- Please allow up to 15 minutes after purchase for our system to finalize your order and process your patterns. Once processing is complete, your access link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder.
How do I access and save my patterns?
- Open the access link in your delivery email and save the file to your device as soon as it opens. Marking the link emails can also be useful for future access.
- On mobile devices, look under the share icon, three dots, or menu for an option such as Save to Files. After saving, check that the file opens from your device.
What should I do if my file will not download or open?
- Use a suitable browser. We recommend Google Chrome. Avoid browsers within apps such as Instagram, or mobile Safari, which may have difficulty handling large PDF files.
- Check your connection. Use a strong, stable internet connection. If problems continue, try clearing your browser cookies and cache or restarting your device.
- Try a desktop computer. Downloading on a computer may provide a smoother experience.
- Allow the file to load fully before scrolling through the pages.
- Use Adobe Acrobat to open and view your saved PDF.
What if a connection issue uses up my download attempts before I can save the file?
- Please contact us for assistance. We review each request alongside its download history and can provide one complimentary access restoration so you can save your file.
Can I use the access link to view my pattern online whenever I need it?
- Our patterns are delivered as downloadable digital files. We do not provide an ongoing online viewing service. Customers are responsible for following the instructions included in the delivery email and saving their files to their own devices for future use. web bookmark would not work and counts as open limit.
